What this site keeps. No cookies and no tracking. The dates and group size you choose stay in this browser tab only. Our host, Vercel, keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and browser) to run and protect the site.

When you write to us. Email and WhatsApp open those services; this site sends nothing itself. We use what you send only to answer you and arrange your stay, and keep it as long as that and Italian law require.

Booking. Availability, prices, cancellation and payment are handled on Casa Ellie’s booking site, under its own terms and privacy notice. The map in “The region” loads from OpenStreetMap.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to casaellie2025@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
